Arrived at the merchant location to pickup the order, what should i do next?

  • When picking up the order, Follow the below steps:

    • Make sure the order has the Airwaybill, if not available kindly refer back to Customer support for assistance.

    • Make sure the order on your App is matching the Airwaybill at the store. If it is different, refer back to Customer Support for assistance.

    • Make sure you have collected all items and confirm with merchant to avoid leaving orders behind.
