What should I do when the merchant/customer ask to keep the order with me longer?

  •   BARQ  is an instant delivery service. Our knight should not keep the order with them and should return immediately to merchant if customer is not available to receive it. (more than 20 minutes ) 
  • If Merchant refuses to take back order, kindly refer back to Customer support for assistance.
