How I can cancel an order?

1- Login to your account in BARQ ( www.barqapp.com)

2-Go to (Orders)

3- Choose the order you want to cancel, and click on the order number. 

4- click on (operations)

5- to cancel the order click on (Cancel)

6- the status will change to (Cancel) 

 * If you are using Salla platform you can cancel the order by following this guide or by click on (Cancel AWB) or (الغاء البوليصة). 

**Please note that orders can be canceled if their status is (Ready for Delivery), and they cannot be canceled after BARQ knight accepts them.
