How to activate BARQ in salla

Dear Merchant

You can activate BARQ in your SALLA store as follows :

1 - Geolocation of the store.

Go to store settings.
Go to basic settings.
Click on the "Select" button to set the store location (pickup location).
Add branches and warehouses, if any.

2 - Add integration data.

Add the username (registered in Barq) and make sure that the letters are lowercase. (Registered email)
Add your password from Barq as you received it via WhatsApp or email and make sure that it is correct and the letters are lowercase.
Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the interface.

3 - Add Working hours (Pickup)

"Enabling" or "disabling" the receipt of requests outside working hours
Add working times.
Add working days.
Click on the "Save" button.

* It is better to set the reception of requests on a 24-hour system for all days so that BARQ knight can pick up the order whenever the policy is issued *

4 - Add delivery pricing for your customers.

Delete all quotes completely and add a new one as shown in the image.
Add a new price.
Add country (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
Add the cities served by the branches (eg: Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah).
Choose the quote type either API pricing or a fixed price.
Activate or deactivate the cash on delivery service.
Click on the "Save" button.

5 - Activate geographical maps service.

Go to "Store Settings".
Go to "store options".
Go to the field "How to determine the customer's address" and press the "Set" button.
Choose "geographic location" or "national address and geographic location".
Set the House description field as "Optional".
set the zip code field as "Optional".
Click on the "Save" button.

If you do not find step 3, you must activate the "Enhanced Payment Page" and then refresh the page to complete the rest of the steps *

6 - Calculating VAT on the delivery price.

Go to "Store Settings".
Go to "VAT" settings.
Activate "Tax Calculation on Shipping and Delivery Services".

now you can use BARQ service properly
